Are you accepting new patients?
Yes, new patients and families are welcome. Send a request online or call 289-475-5497. We'll contact you to confirm a time.
How soon can I be seen?
It depends on the week and the kind of visit you need. When we contact you, we'll offer the earliest time that fits your day. If you're in pain, call rather than sending a form.
Can I book online?
You can send a visit request through our website at any time. It isn't a live booking, so we'll reach out to settle on a time with you.
Do you take CDCP?
Yes. We bill the Canadian Dental Care Plan directly for adults and children. We check what your plan includes before treatment.
Do you bill insurance directly?
Yes, we direct bill all insurance plans. You see a written estimate before treatment, so you know your share.
What if I don't have insurance?
You're still welcome. Ask about our in-house dental plan and student program, and we'll explain your payment options before any treatment.
What counts as a dental emergency?
Strong tooth pain, swelling, a broken tooth or a tooth that's been knocked out all count. Call 289-475-5497 and tell us what happened. We'll see you as soon as we can.
What if you're closed?
Call our number and follow the instructions on our line. For health advice, you can call Health811. For swelling that affects breathing or a serious injury, call 911.
Which languages does your team speak?
